Ti 6AI-4V Springs are amongst the most common Ti alloy springs used in the industry as it offers a combination of high strength, light weight, formability, and corrosion resistance.
Ti 6Al-4V is the most widely used of all the alpha-beta titanium alloys. It is typically used in the annealed condition, at service temperatures through 750°F. Titanium 6AL-4V Springs have excellent resistance to corrosion and high strength making it a good choice for use in marine and automobile applications.
