Rene 41 Springs are cold drawn, age hardened springs with high strength, high modulus value and corrosion resistance. Rene 41 Springs are good for applications involving the presence of Hydrogen Sulfide. Torqbolt is a prominent Rene-41 Spring supplier in India.
Rene 41 is an age hardenable nickel base alloy that has very high strength at elevated temperatures, particularly within the range of 650 - 980oC (1200 - 1800oF). good oxidation resistance.
Rene 41 is also known as Haynes R-41, Pyromet 41, and Udimet R41.
Rene 41 Springs are used in severely stressed high temperature application such as turbine casings.
